Ignored by adjusters
Subscribing to an insurance plan was easy. But now that I have a claim, it takes months to have any information. Since submitting the claim 2 months ago, I have called and emailed the adjusters multiple times but nobody ever calls me back. This really sucks! No regards for your customers. Impossible to get any information on what is and isn't covered. Do better! If you need more staff, then hire!

Easy to set up insurance, no long wait to hear back and if any questions are needing to be answered they are there to answer all the questions you have, whether that be someone experienced with purchasing insurance or someone new to getting insurance, can't say how easy this process was to get my vehicle insured!

Never purchased insurance for my dogs
Never purchased insurance for my dogs. The initial process was easy and the representative was very helpful. Have received payment for my 3rd claim. The claim process is also very straightforward. Haven’t received any updates on the first two claims. Will reach out in a week to see what is happening with the claims. I’m happy I purchased this insurance for Leo.

Wonderful company. No questions asked for a claim
Our dogs has had 4 major surgeries and 4 minor surgeries and Healthy Paws has paid everything with no questions. Ziva’s total cost of surgeries is around $70,000 and we have only paid 20%. I will never use another company. Once we place the claim it is only about a week later that we have the check. Wonderful company! The key is to get the dog on the insurance at a young age. When we started her as a puppy it was only $35 a month. As she aged the insurance has gone up. The price does not go up based on the number of claims.

I was very impressed that someone from ASPCA called to introduce themself and welcome Callie & myself to your Insurance Company. I will be moving into our new home in a couple weeks after I close and this was a very seamless and easy process. It is the first time I ever had purchased Pet Insurance and I was very happy that this has been such a great experience!! Now to get my girl a great Veterinarian to take care of my Fur Baby Callie. During an appeal, the claims team managed to find new exclusions. Best described as "customer no service." If you have to call be prepared to wait, unless you're calling the sales line - you'll get someone on the first ring. I do not know about other vet
I do not know about other vet insurance companies but Many Pets has been wonderful so far. I have three furry kids and all under the wellness and accident and disease insurance by them and the times I've submitted any claim, they've been amazingly good.
