Difficult to deal with. Need to keep my insurance on a dog with pre-exiting issues but have another puppy coming last week of June and have already signed this pup up with Met-Life.
Difficult to work with. I have used Embrace for over 9 years with my dogs. I need to keep my insurance on a dog with IBS a pre-exiting issue so your it Embrace. I have another puppy coming last week of June and have already signed this pup up with Met-Life because of my recent problems with Embrace. I was sent to a specialist - Dental Surgeon by my regular vet because of the size of the Mass. He talked to me and explained that nothing could be done after the examination. He said if he operated he would need to take the area with the cancer, part of the jaw bone and part of the eye socket. She was gone in 10 or 12 days. I sent Embrace all the doctors notes of both visits and invoices. This certainly was not a pre-existing condition. Please Embrace don't copy and paste one of your standard letter that will apologize and give excuses for your behavior. When I tried to wait on the phone to one of your customer service people - I finally told them "just forget it." I need to say to you Shame on you Embrace.

I’m very frustrated with this insurance…
I’m very frustrated with this insurance company. I have 2 French Bulldogs on this insurance. Not only does it take a ridiculous amount of time to process claims they seem to deny everything under “pre existing” conditions. I plan to look into other pet insurance options.

My knucle head decided to eat a sock…
My knucle head decided to eat a sock and it got stuck which costed me alot of money that I miraculously had to come up with. After his surgery I invested in Pets Best. And I didn't realize it was a reimbursement situation (my fault for not reading well lol.) Well my kermudgin swallowed another sock almost a year a year later (at least he Is consistent still scared me half to death.) I went to a Emergency vet and they said the surgery would cost quite a bit I was able to show them I have Pets Best for coverage. They were able to work with me on a plan on how to get the money directly from Pets Best to pay my bill thank goodness I reached out got the form gave it to the vet and they emailed it back to me and I sent it to Pets Best about 3 days later they sent out an email saying that they covered the remainder of my bill which was 2000 some dollars.....and I couldn't be more grateful thank you Pets Best! -Amy &Sobek-

Better than other carriers
I have a different insurance carrier for my other dog and can tell you that everything about Spot is better. It was easier to sign up my new puppy and the claims process has be super quick. In fact, usually complete within 2-3 days vs. weeks with the other carrier. Definitely recommend and will see about moving my other dog over.

sing up then get the price increases ! 50 percent in 2 years is too much
its ok but between our two pets weve seen 4 price increase in 2 years ! not pleased with some generic email saying our breed in our area is increasing
