Love the timely response to all claims I have filed to date. The App makes it super easy to file a claim and they have all been investigated quickly.

Terrible first experience
I am new to Fetch. Communicating with them in near impossible. Their chat feature forces you into per-determined questions. When you finally break through the questions scripted for you it claims to connect you to a human. This supposed real person continued to give me responses that did not answer my question and when I asked for clarification the answer was repeated verbatim. A terrible first experience.
