Excellent company!
Spot Pet Insurance has always processed my claims in a timely fashion. Because of Spot, I was able to afford vet care for my cat Moishe, who had a lot of medical issues. When he passed away, one of their representatives called me to personally express condolences, and they ALSO mailed me a lovely sympathy card. Great company!

Peace of mind
I've had pets all my life but never insurance. After my last couple of pups had multiple health issues I decided that my new puppy would be insured. I did research and Spot had great reviews and the plan I needed. So far my experience is great! Claims are paid quickly. Most of all though, I have peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my puppy that she is covered. It's good peace of mind! Thanks Spot!

It’s an easy process to submit claims . Being notified right away if the claim was received & or needs more info . I thought I would have received a little more back on my second claim though. Overall , I’m happy I got FETCH!

Pets Plus US for the win!
My beautiful chocolate lab had TPLO surgery when she was 1.5 and now the other leg at 4.5. Both times she has needed this surgery, both the Vet (same animal hospital) and the insurance company were amazing. The estimate was submitted, approved in 48hrs and the claim paid to me within 7 business days of her surgery. Zero hassles or issues. Submitting a claim on your own is simple, fast and easy. I will never own another animal without pet insurance from Pets Plus Us! Highly recommend!!!
