Their mistake but I am paying for it
Their mistake but I am paying for it. I submitted a claim for a visit. In that visit I also paid for medication for a pre-existing condition unrelated to the visit. I even noted on the claim the medication was not included in the claim as I knew it was not covered. The claim was denied in error for preexisting. The representatives admitted the mistake and yet the claim was still denied. I have since had to appeal the claim and it is still Not paid since 01/30/23 even though three separate representatives stated that I was correct and made the proper notation and my claim was to be covered excluding the medication.

Honestly
Honestly, I have heard about sonnet before, however I thought it was to good to be true. After alot of searching and ridiculously high quotes that I have been given previously from insurance companies I decided I was going to give sonnet a try. And I can honestly say it was the best choice I have made in along time. It was such a easy , comfortable, straight forward, but detailed application process that legitimately walked me through every step of the process, while answering every question that popped into my mind. It was fast and convenient as I did the whole process online! They sent me all the information along with my insurance card/ proof of insurance just moments after I completed the process! And THE PRICE IS AMAZING!!!! SO FAR IAM SO GLAD AND HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH SONNET ! I would definitely recommend sonnet to my family and friends ❤️ WAY TO GO SONNET FOR MAKING INSURANCE HAPPY AND STRESS FREE seeing it is something that we all need, and shouldn't go without !!
