Months of delays
Months and months for a wellness claim (just shots and a checkup) and still haven’t processed my claim. Then they request his entire medical history (which they already have since they request it every year) and draw out the process longer. All you get is an apology email every month or so saying “this is taking longer than normal”. No it’s really not. This is their normal.

Glad I have Trupanion!!!
As part of the checkout process the Trupanion info was included. I, then, immediately knew my portion to pay. Can't beat that!! Once home, about 1.5 hrs later, I received an email from Trupanion confirming the payment. Fabulous service. Many Schnapps also sends her thanks.

This company increased my policy every year even though I have had no accidents and no tickets. The auto renewal is a joke. My car broke and was undriveable so i no longer needed insurance. i had one month left on my auto renewed policy when I cancelled. Even though I knew there was a small cacellation fee for cancelling a month before policy ended I was shocked to find out they charged me almost the full month of what I would have paid if I hadnt cancelled. Their response to my complaint was, if its not paid it will go against future insurance policies with other comapanies and will also go against my credit. This company will never get my business ever again. Everyone should be very wary of a company that takes advantage of a senior like this.
