The sign up experience was easy, and self explanatory. Looking forward to the future with Pumpkin.

Terrible

Horrible customer service and claims as the never answer your call and never let you know what's happening. I've reached out via phone and email multiple times with NO reply ever!

Fetch Pet Insurance is a Fraud

Fetch is a fraud just like most pet insurance companies in this country. They plan to deny most claims and will simply keep spinning lies to explain the rejections. I took cat to vet for constipation and Fetch denied the claim because she allegedly had ottis externa last year. She had an ear infection last year (B4 I had Fetch) so Fetch denied her constipation claim this year. I fail to see the correlation. **Your reply is nonsense, if a check up is required than that should be stipulated and it wasn't, only that joint issues wouldn't be covered for 6 months unless a check up was done within 30 days of beginning policy. If that's the case you shouldn't have taken my money and led me to believe I had coverage. Yea your policies don't work cause there FRAUD!!!

13 years of good service

I have used Fetch for the better part of 13 years. Claims are easy to process, and paid quickly directly to my checking account. When I have spoken with a representative they have always been helpful. I chose Fetch because claim payments are based on the invoice amount; not on a injury/sickness maximum.

Pet insurance is a must

Fetch, formally Pet Plan, has been our fur baby's company since 2018 when she was a puppy. We have two claims in that time. The last being just this year when she needed surgery on her eyelid. Fetch processed the claim quickly as you need to provide them with the history notes from the Vet. Pet insurance is mostly important for substantial Pet care. Not for nickel and diming the insurance company.

Wish they had an option to have our pets covered at 8weeks. Instead of having to wait another 14 days before the insurance is effective. Allowing us to sign up our pet at 6weeks.

Quick Reimbursement

We are very happy with how quickly we are reimbursed when we file a claim. We had different insurance before Healthy Paws and they would drag their feet for weeks requiring us to contact them several times before resolving.

4 years of ASCPA, looking to switch.

I've had this insurance for 4 years but want to switch. It's gone downhill the last several months. They do not keep your records and I have to resubmit every time for both pets even though Ruby was not born yet. They also do not caluclate tax within the claims anymore, and I no longer get 90% reimbursement even though it's in my plan. If they take 30 days to get through the claims, it may go toward the new deductible. They also don't process them in order. My vet's office has also complained how much they reach out now. I have called multiple times to get this fixed with ASPCA but they do not care and had nothing to say when I said it didn't even include the full billing cost anymore.
