Excellent Company
I have worked with three different pet insurance companies over the years with different pets I have owned. When I adopted three new cats in the last two years, I was looking for an insurance company and decided to try Healthy Paws. I am so glad I did! Their rates are very reasonable, but I what I love most is how simple it is to file claims - by far the easiest process of any of the companies I have used. They are very up front and transparent about what they cover so there have never been any surprises, and I get fast decisions on reimbursements. And the best part? My reimbursements deposits are in my account by the next business day after they close the claim. We had a lot of unexpected health issues with our cats this last year, and the fact that Healthy Paws was so easy to work with made the whole situation much less stressful and let us focus on the well being of our fur babies. I can't recommend this company enough.

Great customer service!
I've had to submit several claims for one of my dogs because she was bitten by a rattlesnake. I haven't had any problems getting paid for the claims. If I need to call Spot, they are always very helpful. I have recommended them to several friends!

Trupanion is a lifesaver, I recommend it to everyone!!
I signed up with Trupanion while my cat was still decently young and healthy, and I am so glad I did! As he's gotten older, he's started to have problems with his kidneys, requiring more and more medication, and now, regular subcutaneous fluids. Trupanion has been covering a huge chunk of the costs for what he needs, making it so much more affordable to take care of him. His base expenses are currently ~293.01/month CAD, but without Trupanion, that would be ~488.03/month. Trupanion has also covered huge portions of emergency vet visit costs, most recently, $413.44 towards a $679.38 visit. Without Trupanion, caring for my cat would have been prohibitively expensive. I appreciate that they essentially allow me to buy more time with my sweet little old man. I am recommending them to everyone I know, I seriously can't recommend them strongly enough. Every veterinary clinic I've been to holds them in the highest regard as well. If you're a person with a pet, sign up with them immediately!!

I'm so glad we got our senior dog pet insurance with Spot! I pay the higher premium due to the fact she is a senior and the monthly payment is better than paying hundreds for a procedure that could be expensive. Thank you, Spot!

Spot on with service and payment

New SPOT customer - but GREAT service
I am fairly new to SPOT, I previously had another company and closed those account because i felt like they never covered anything, so it was not worth it. My poor boy got very sick and was kept in the ER vet a few days. SPOT was sent a rather large bill as our first real claim. It was paid as promised at 80% minus the deductible without any run a round! Hands down the best I've ever worked with, and I will tell others.
