Emergency
Recently Alvin chewed and swallowed a plastic bottle cap. Rush him to emergency vet hospital in Rhode Island at 10 pm. It was successfully retrieved. Filed claim online. Received check about 2 weeks later.

BEWARE!!!!!
Really loved Petplan before Fetch purchased the company. Without warning I was dropped from 80% reimbursement with a $500 deductible to a MEASLY 60% with a $750. NOT what I signed up for & NOT something I'd waste so much $$$ on - I pay annually, have had consecutive insurance on my dogs for over 8 years with no lapse... what a slap in the face. Canceling my policy & going to Leomade. You shouldn't have to worry about these things. What if your auto insurance dropped you from $100k/300k down to $25k/50k + increased your deductible without your consent or knowledge? They wouldn't. It's illegal!

We signed up for SPOT pet insurance…
We signed up for SPOT pet insurance based on their reviews. In addition to the Accident and illness insurance we took their Preventive Care Platnium as well. We just had our 1st wellness visit with our pup. I filed claim for reimbursement, in less than 5 days we received notification that an ACH deposit had been made. The amount they sent was actually $25 more then we had figured. Blown away and happy we chose SPOT.
