Rebecca (Dallas) was beyond helpful. Even though insurance doesn't fit my needs as my pet has a diagnosed condition already, she did not dismiss me. She discussed other possible options for assistance from her own personal experiences. If I can get my pet through the current battle we are in I most definitely will be back to get insurance for any future needs based solely off the level of care and concern she had while knowing the conversation was not going to lead to a sale at the moment. I truly appreciate this sort of customer service as I myself work in the customer service field, people like her are a dime a dozen. Rebecca, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today's been a day of many tears and feeling so torn and it truly made my day better being on the line with somebody as compassionate and friendly as you. The claim process is so straightforward…
The claim process is so straightforward and easy to handle online. We have 3 dogs ages 5, 9, and 12. The monthly premium has risen considerably but is well worth it. Our 12 year old dog is now being treated at an oncology practice about an hour away from us. This is the same veterinary practice that saw us through treatment of two pups with cancer between 2011-2012. We knew after that experience that we would get pet insurance moving forward. We love Embrace!

Easy to use until you need customer service
It's very easy to sign up and set up autopay. The website is easy to use. Until you need any type of customer service, Embrace is fine. If you have questions, need to submit a claim that doesn't easily align with the pre-filled options, then you will email, call, and get nowhere. After 2+ years as a customer, I canceled and went with another company that provides basic customer service.

Easy, efficient, prompt...great organization.
Embrace's website is super easy to use as was selecting the best plan for my multiple dogs and their unique situations. The website allows you to pick a plan with variable deductible amounts, coverage amounts, exclusions, etc. per dog. I was able to vary these amounts and immediately see the effect on the monthly rate per dog. With multiple dogs of various ages and issues, this was great. We recently lost our beloved dog to a snake bite. The website made it very easy to file the claim, and I was reimbursed very quickly and directly into my checking account. No hassle, no difficulties, and super kind representatives sensitive to the situation. Best insurance ever!
