MetLife we will always Have
Metlife has been great. a little hiccup on our end of not providing the "new" name for the pup we rescued, but, they were amazing to work with and even processed the old pending claims that had been pending due to the name change. Customer service each time I have called, has been immensely wonderful.

Helped with my senior dog
I received insurance plus the wellness plan and was able to get acupuncture for my senior dog that I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford, alongside a teeth cleaning and various other vet visits. Having Pets Best Insurance has deemed worth it and has given my pet a better quality of life.
Happy to Be Wrong!
Our sweet 1 y/o pup was not eating and suffering from diarrhea when she suddenly lost the use of her back legs, which was terrifying and heartbreaking. She had to spend a full weekend in the ER with films, ultrasounds, and a neurology consultation. This was a hefty bill which we tearfully paid with a credit card and kept fingers crossed we could get some reimbursement from PetsBest. In only two weeks, we discovered that PetsBest was true to the policy and paid exactly what our plan indicated with no fights or arguments. This brought us to tears and affirmed our decision to invest the money into her healthcare. We will never doubt PetsBest again.

Kind of strict with grouping issues as pre existing. My dog had yeast ears and because he had allergies before they didn’t cover the ear issue. Claims also can take awhile to be paid.
