MetLife is 100% a life saver
MetLife has been a wonderful addition to our lives. They’ve been great about covering everything they say they cover and claims are easy to submit. Even the one time something was incorrectly denied they were fast to ask me to resubmit and reimburse me. Reimbursement is fast and easy! Usually within less than a week of submitting a claim I have the funds direct deposited into my account. As long as things remain this way I will always have met life for all my current and future pets!

Misled by quote
The quoted product was not what I received in the final paper work. It was all very misleading. When I called and spoke to an agent, I was told nationwide does not insure pets over the age of 8. But there was nothing stated when getting the quote or when purchasing the policy. I found out after I had paid 2 months of premium, as asked for when buying, and receiving my policy in the mail. Even then, I had to call to ask so.eone because it was not stated on the paperwork either. Im really mad. I purchased the policy because my pets are older and I feel they will need medical services eventually. What a waste of time.
