TPLO surgery - So glad I had pet insurance
My small dog recently injured herself, and that injury required multiple veterinary services, including an expensive TPLO surgery. I submitted a claim for each invoice, and each claim was settled within days. Each claim had an explanation of benefits which clearly explained what was covered, what was not, what how much went toward my deductible. There were no surprises, and I was reimbursed the amounts I was expecting. After having 2 previous pets go through expensive cancer treatments without pet insurance, I will never have another pet without it.

Total scam
They have so many wonderful loopholes to ensure they never have to pay out claims for your pet. And dont forget about the deductibles for every category of coverage that has to be met before you get paid back. Honestly they are the worst.
