Really easy claim submission process, and the policy declarations page does an excellent job describing what they reimbursed. I've never been surprised with a denied claim transaction.

Is this insurance for real?
My puppy is still under a year old & im grateful I chose FETCH by dodo. I have had no problems with my claims. Everything happened & was paid out exactly as I expected, & w/ insurance companies, that is rarely the case. I also liked that FETCH covers all teeth & not just the front canine teeth. This came in handy for us.

Pets Best reimburses me for wellness…
Pets Best reimburses me for wellness checks for my doggie including some of the vaccines and tests that the vet requires. They paid part of the dental cleaning that I need to have done annually since my doggie needs his teeth done every year. They are quick and fair.

Fetch has been awesome!! My furbaby, Layla, was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Fetch covered the expenses quickly and with no issues. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I highly recommend Fetch for peace of mine. My previous baby, Toby, had lymphoma and Fetch made the treatments affordable so we could have a better quality of life for Toby
