very easy claim submittal, pretty quick turnaround and good explanation of what is reimbursed. with puppy, so glad i went platinum with accident, illness and wellness care. I'm more nervous as a 1st time pet parent and love the peace of mind to go to vet without worry.

It's self service and fast
It's self service and fast. You get your electronic documents right away. Customer service answered within a couple of minutes so no long wait, but they have to direct you back to doing it online yourself. If you really have technical problems doing it yourself, they are understanding and do not judge you. They found a way to help me. Rates are reasonable. I honestly recommend Sonnet.

I work in healthcare. A deformity that the animal was born with should NEVER be considered pre-existing. We rescued my dog and didn’t know what was wrong with him, we were told it was a broken bone that healed wrong initially, but because we had diagnostic tests done now it’s considered preexisting even though it is a VERY common deformity. It’s said that this claim was denied, it shows you are not in it to take care of your customers. I’ll be cancelling my policy as it’s obvious that you’re not in it to take care of members.

Very pleased
Overall very pleased with Met Life Only problem I’ve had so far was the required “soap” notes to process a claim Her regular vet doesn’t do them so outside of routine shots or check ups I have to take her to a vet in town that does them. I recommend everyone to them asi it is straight forward insurance that covers emergencies or major issues but also pays for her wellness.

Reliable Claims Service
In recent months my dog has had a flare up in a previous issue identified while insured. Trupanion covered the issue once again without hassle or delay. I don't understand why anyone complains about this Insurance coverage. I have had it for about 8 years now on both of my animals, and one who passed away last year, and have honestly never had an issue. I highly recommend those with pets to get Trupanion insurance.
