Better than expected!
Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this coverage, but good thing I did. We ended up having to file a claim only a couple months after having the coverage. The process is quick, simple and claims are paid quickly directly into my bank account. We have Nationwide for our other dog and plan on switching him over to Lemonade.

Fetch made a tough time easier
We just had a long and stressful period of eye ulcerations with our 9 yo corgi. Fetch was wonderful with a very easy claim submission process and rapid email response as well. We received our reimbursements quickly and electronically. Thank you for making a difficult situation easier!!

We have never had pet insurance before
We have never had pet insurance before, but when we got our Basset Hound puppy we decided it was a good idea. I filed 5 claims one night using their app. It was very simple to do. I thought it would take a while to get any response about the claims. However, I got separate emails the very next day about each claim with the amount that we would be refunded on the claims. I just wish our personal health insurance was this fast.
