Long Time Happy Customer!
I have been a Fetch Pet Insurance customer for many years, and have ALWAYS been extremely pleased with their service! I insurance my last pup with them, and was always extremely pleased with the fair pricing, easy claims submission, and quick payout/turnaround! As soon as I brought my new pup (he is 3 now) I insured him with Fetch right away, bc you just never know what might happen. Sure enough, I have had to use my insurance several times already and it has been so extremely helpful. It allows you to be confident that when your pet is ill or needs care, that money doesn't become a deciding factor in taking care of him/her. Fetch is highly reliable and I have recommended them so many times to my friends and family, who also have their insurance and also LOVE them! It is a great company and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We recently had to say goodbye to our 3 1/2 yr old Aussie due to cancer. When I notified Fetch I received a beautiful email response with sincere condolences. In addition, they promptly paid the claim for his treatment. I still have coverage for my other Aussie and would highly recommend them.

Best pet insurance
I bought pet insurance from Fetch when my dogs were puppies. I’ve had to use the insurance on many occasions, and the service is always excellent. Filing a claim is easy and self explanatory. Using the app is great and efficient. I always recommend Fetch to anyone who has a pet.

Great company to work with!
My dog needed to have surgery to remove a couple masses for biopsy. Between the surgery and the follow ups the money added up. I submitted the claims and they were processed the next day. Checks are in the mail. On top of that customer service reached out to see how my dog was recovering. I thought that was a very nice touch, one that I had not expected.
