Highly recommended
I have been using Fetch for over 5 years. They have always paid in a timely fashion. I have 4 cats that all have policies. It’s affordable, and you can pick your own plan. I have a 300.00 deductible and then they pay 80 percent. They cover a lot! It’s a huge help when you have 2 cats with bad teeth, one with IBD and one with arthritis, all in the same year. They paid 80 percent for all of their claims. Their customer service is great, they are super friendly. It’s easy to contact them. They notify me when they have sent my reimbursement to my account. I highly recommend them.

They are crooks
They are crooks! They will not cover required surgery for my Frenchies (their policy states they cover genetic issues in this breed) They claim it is "pre-existing" even though they were born this way, My vet even wrote them a letter explaining and they still denied my claim. Now I am stuck with over $4000 when I thought 80% would be covered. Cancelling ASAP. Please spread the word. Nobody deserves to be scammed. :(

First time I have ever purchased pet insurance and I am happy with the company I have chosen, Pets Best. They have been very easy to work with and very easy to contact on the phone if I need to. Their doctors are available any time you need them as well, to ask questions or help with anything. The claims process is very easy as well and fair I think. Completely satisfied so far.

Do not do business with these guys. Once a card is entered in their sys, there is no way to delete auto payments. Neither online nor on phone. They don't pay out what is represented either
