Agent assigned preferred email correspondence.Tried to call me one time but after that no response. Sometimes email isn’t the best. Left Pets Best thinking this was a better company. Not pleased so far.

Wish it wasn’t so difficult to file a claim. I feel like fetch should contact and get medical records instead of making it so difficult for people some people do not have access to computers, phones, etc. but still would like the insurance on their pets. Other then that payout was quick and easy and helpful.

Healthy Paws makes reimbursement easy
I have dealt with multiple human and pet insurance companies in my lifetime and none have been as easy to deal with as Healthy Paws. The claims submission process is incredibly streamlined, the turnaround time for reimbursement is quick, and it is easy to access benefits. Other companies put up many barriers to accessing benefits, so it is much appreciated to not have to deal with that while also caring for a sick pet. It really couldn’t be easier - I gave them a copy of my pet’s invoice, and I get a direct deposit payment. With other companies I’ve tried, I dealt with many denials that weren’t warranted. I have never had that experience with Healthy Paws! And their rates are better than any others I’ve seen!
