This insurance is a scam.
This insurance is a scam. They did not cover any of my puppies new diagnosed problems. I turned in three separate claims for three separate issue. All three were denied without explanation. I emailed asking for explanation twice and received no response. Weeks later I got an email they are canceling my coverage. I never requested for it to be canceled, but I’m glad it was. It’s nearly impossible to communicate with the company. Don’t waste your money or time on SPOT Pet Insurance.

What Does My Policy Cover?
Don is very friendly and took the time to ensure me what my policy covers. He also explained to me when my policy renews and my deductible. Don also listened my story about my dog’s recent playtime collision accident and shared his best wishes for my pup. We shared a laugh and Don said he loves corgis!!! 😁😁 Thank you, Don!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, some vets/groomers are unable to print separate invoices for multiple dogs. I repeatedly have included details advising the Claim's department when submitting my information that each pet's services are listed on the same invoice. Despite, providing this information and submitting the invoices for each pet, my claims are always denied because they fail to read my note and take time to actually go through the invoice. I pay hundreds of dollars to insure my multiple pets through the company, the least they can do is take a minute to do the claims properly.
