Kelsey was very helpful to me on our phone call today and answered every question I had & was very polite & courteous. I appreciated her help very much. I had a hard time trying to Google a valid customer service number to get to speak to a live person today & in the process of doing that saw other people’s reviews with the same complaint. I asked Kelsey if she would mind mentioning it to someone in your marketing department so that you could possibly fix a place on the app that would allow you to make a phone call directly from the app. The only way I was able to get through to someone was by using my laptop & getting on a chat with a live person who gave me the phone number. Kelsey is an asset to your company.

It’s very random how Spot pays claims
It’s very random how Spot pays claims. Some are fast without issues but a few of our claims we have had in appeals. We currently have 5 pets covered. Spot was fantastic with our belated cat - but with our dog it has been a struggle. Depending on the outcome of these appeals will determine if we continue with Spot. Right now I’m frustrated with Spot taking o an average of 9 days to process/pay. When we first joined it was 2-3 days.

Worst claims department
I was in an accident that was not my fault. The claims person was a little rough but was helpful. They said keep all receipts and then send them in after. I submitted my receipts twice for reimbursement and 4 weeks later, I still have not heard anything from the company nor have I recieved my reimbursement. I contacted customer service and still have not heard back after 3 days
