Me and my dogs appreciate Pets Best
I have had Pets Best for both my dogs since we got them and had a few claims. The premiums are reasonable and I have found them to be fair in covering items for illness and injury. It sometimes takes a while but they communicate to let me know.

Having Embrace insurance for our pets…excellent decision
Having Embrace insurance for our pets has been an excellent decision. We have a dog and cat. Our claims have been quickly responded to and reimbursed. It is reassuring having insurance, as the expenses for regular check ups and vaccinations have continually increased. Taking my family pets to the vet gets taken care of promptly.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED THE INSURANCE. I have always had pets and never had pet insurance until recently. I purchased this policy and Embrace found a way to essentially carve out every possible body part on my dog including anything dermatological, because she was itchy at one vet visit.. show me a dog who was never itchy for a 12 month period of time, because that is apparently what it takes to be covered... in any case in my opinion the insurance is a total waste of time and money and the adjuster on our file was condescending and just plain rude. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone
