If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed up for Embrace Pet Insurance believing it would help when our dog needed medical care, instead, it’s been nothing but a nightmare. After paying over $2,500 in vet bills (for issues Embrace was supposed to help cover), they spent months ignoring my messages and emails. They kept charging us for four full months of “coverage” before finally deciding they wouldn’t cover anything. Our dog was diagnosed with a lipoma (a benign fatty tumor), and somehow, Embrace used that to exclude every single future dermatological condition, including cancer. To make matters worse, they even denied coverage for an acute ear infection, claiming it was related to the lipoma. That’s not only absurd, it’s unethical. I repeatedly emailed and called, and every time they blamed “missing documents” that our vet had already sent multiple times. It’s hard not to feel like this was all just a way to squeeze more money out of us while delaying any real response. We paid hundreds of dollars in premiums for “insurance” that did absolutely nothing. I’ve never experienced such a blatant bait-and-switch. Save yourself the stress and heartache, do not trust Embrace Pet Insurance. They took our money, refused to communicate, and left us with thousands in bills they were supposed to help with.

Great pet insurance company
Great pet insurance company. The website is very easy to navigate, claims are easy to be made and you are reimbursed very quickly. You can also access information about what is covered and not covered very easily. Customer service is caring and competent. We will use Embrace in the future.

This is the first time I have used Pet insurance and truepanion was recommended to me by my vet. My french bulldog ended up with a bowel obstruction from a peach pit he managed to get a hold of. He became ill very quickly so i googled the closest ER Vet, not even considering the ins. Turns out they took truepanion (the only insurance they work directly with) and truepanion had paid the office directly before I even left the officr on pick up day. I also had many interactions with customer service during his five day stay and they were nothing but reassuring. An absolutely flawless experience and I will never be without pet insurance again.
