I was asked to write a follow up regarding submission of an invoice that got tweaked somewhere along the way. Was No problem whatsoever. Embrace made it easy to email a new copy without going through the rest of the process again. The claim was paid the same day. They were very helpful as they always are. We truly appreciate a business that is so easy to deal with.

Not worth paying for
Not worth paying so much for when you don’t fully reimburse for the standard issues that happen multiple times a year or when we provide medical notes that say why our pet needs medication or procedures. Ie getting fecal test when our pet had diarrhea for a week wasn’t covered because they already had a fecal test this year.

The best decision I ever made
My dog would quite literally not be alive without Healthy Paws. Direct deposit usually shows up within 24-48 hours, and it allows me to consider only what is best for my dog and her health and not have to choose between her life and my financial well-being. Enrolling (and staying enrolled) with Healthy Paws the week I adopted my dog is the single best decision I ever made.
