I absolutely love Pets Best
I absolutely love Pets Best. I used to be a member of Healthy Paws, but I'm glad I made the switch. Sometimes my claims are handled fast, I think the longest I've waited was 20 days. My hope is that my premium stays reasonable and continues to protect my angel baby until the end.

Both of my dogs have had some issues in the last year- having Trupanion insurance for them has made a big difference in the level of care I am able to afford and Trupanion has been so easy to work with. Direct pay to my veterinarian or quick claim processing for the clinics that can't do direct pay - both have been easy and fast!

Don't bother with this insurance
I give them a big fat 1 star. This company is very quick to take your payment but when it comes time to reimburse a policy holder they find any and every reason possible to not pay out. For an organization that says they help pets I would have thought better of them. They will not be getting anymore of my money ever.
