Balls were dropped
I will upgrade the score when my long overdue deductible refund (over 10 months) is received. My adjuster disappeared / moved on without advising me of the final determination on my claim, and I was unsuccessful in attempts to reach him - phone # and email was disconnected and I had no idea of how to get the info I needed. Finally called Sonnet and was put on hold several times and redirected, only to be told that the claims company would be getting back to me within 24 hours. That has not happened, now going on to third day since the interaction with Sonnet.

Great staff, straightforward reimbursement, clear website
You do need to take the extra step of reimbursing your bills but the Embrace staff are excellent, the document submission is straightforward, and they have reimbursed everything we've requested without hesitation.

They have issues with their website
They have issues with their website. Customer chat box will come up with errors eliminating the ability to talk with a rep. When bundling products sometimes the site will give you an error. I had to call into sonnet to correct this. It took them about 6 hours. I have also noticed that the insurance policy after I changed the vehicle show the previous vehicle insured. This needs to be corrected. Overall experience was somewhat satisfactory as they were able to resolve the problem but this costed me some time which I can’t get back. Please fix your site so I don’t run into this issue again.

They never take their payment on time
They never take their payment when scheduled then I end up with missed payments and my car company shuts down my car! Then they won’t take payments directly so I can’t win either way or get ahead
