Spot is quick and easy! I was able to process my claim and have it completed within a week. There is nothing complicated about this process. Do not recommend
The turn around time for claims to be processed is absolutely terrible. I have mutiple dogs and they just denied a claim that was covered for my other dog. The claim team is very inconsistent. If I didn’t have pre-existing conditions on my dogs I would drop the company all together.
