Great, Effective Pet Insurance!

Getting an Insurance Quote for my 2 bunnies was easy, efficient, and the prices are reasonable! The representative who worked with me was very kind and informed me well about my plan and what it covers.

I recently added a puppy into my insurance. When I called to check why she wasn’t showing up on my current profile they someone had used my daughters name instead of mine. Had to cancel the policy and redo it. Now I have to wait another 4 weeks for my pet to be covered instead of June 1st bc of the way my company adds pet insurance. Extremely frustrating as I don’t have coverage for an additional month. I wanted coverage to begin June 1 like originally planned but the said there was no way since my company only adds at certain times of month. I feel I should have coverage starting June 1 bc it was an error on part of agent.

TRUPANION IS A SCAM!!!!

if i could give this insurance company a negative review i would. this company does nothing but make you pay for all your pets stuff, the insurance we signed up for was supposed to cover all of our issues with our dog and then they say they won’t cover it even though the issues fall between the guidelines. absolutely a scam I will be telling everyone to stay away from this insurance company. they are horrible, not only do they deny everything and make you pay when they say they will cover it the costumer service is even worse. stay away at all costs if you have an animal.

Huckleberry Has Hope

My fifteen-year old cat was very slow and sleeping in weird positions. The vet confirmed with x-rays his osteoarthritis. The vet recommended Solensia injections. Thankfully with Pets Best, we were able to afford the monthly treatments. Huckleberry has new life and is so much happier.

Healthy Paws Insurance

I previously used Healthy Paws for my golden that passed away in 2025. He was barely 4 when he passed, but he had many health issues since he was a puppy. I got the insurance when he was about 9 months old, so there were some preexisting conditions that weren’t covered. The premium was a littler higher than other insurance companies I got quotes on, but it ended up paying for itself by the time he passed. The claim process was fairly easy. I had to upload the most recent medical records and the paid invoice for each claim. I’m not sure if that process is still the same, but it was simple nonetheless. The timeframe was also quick, about 3-4 days, and I was reimbursed accordingly. They covered what was agreed upon in my policy. I do recommend them due to their quick claim and reimbursement process and covering what they’re supposed to. I wouldn’t have changed a thing for my pup.
