The things you have to go through to file a claim is horrible. My vet said they have never dealt with an insurance company that requires so much information. I am so sorry I chose SPOT for my dogs insurance

Highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance - The BEST!
Spot has been an incredible asset for our family to be able to provide the right care to our dog. When we rescued a puppy and got Spot, it was thought of an investment for the future - then we found out our puppy had major knee and joint issues - thankfully we had Spot. Spot is super easy to use, their team is friendly, the user interface (member center) is very user friendly. I've told everyone I know with pets that I absolutely recommend Spot Pet Insurance

My First Claim was Easy!
I submitted my first claim and it was so easy. After taking my dog to the vet, I was given a itemized receipt and I took a picture of it. I then uploaded the picture right to my SPOT app and I was done! In 24 hours, the claim was complete and the reimbursement will be direct deposited in 2-3 business days!

We chose Embrace over Spot and Trupanion and we are so happy
We have had a great experience with Embrace Pet insurance so far. It's is really great to have someone to help us keep our little girl healthy. They are friendly fast and helpful. I researched multiple companies and found that Embrace provided the best coverages and reimbursement options with a little bit longer of a reimbursement time. With prices and vets in LA pet owners need a little bit of help and Embrace provides that for us. I look forward to a long relationship with Embrace. I had 2 15 year old dogs that recently passed. I am still paying off medical bills a year later and will probably still be for a while. Embrace has already helped multiple times with our new pup and I am so glad we found each other.

Great site , one change request
Everything about using pets best has been great , ease of initially putting claims in and reimbursement . Only one thing would be useful is to put the sign up date for each pet under their picture profile so you don’t have to search through document list to find it or call customer service.

This Is The Insurance You Want!
You would be a fool to sign up for any other pet insurance outside of Healthy Paws. I wish human insurance treated people the way this pet insurance does. Not only to the cover more than you expect, their customer service is beyond friendly and understanding. My cat went for cataract surgery, out of the $5,100 it would have cost me, Healthy Paws made it so I only paid $1,100. The refund was so fast and they followed up afterwards to check and see how he was recovering. They even offered to see if I could have qualified for them to pay it up front so it wouldn't have come out of my pocket. Even his pre-op appointment, I was calculating that I would have had maybe $200 come back to me out of the $1,095; they sent me $677 back. I was blown away. Without a doubt, Healthy Paws has saved and greatly improved the quality of life of my little baby. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with how wonderful they really are. 100/10 recommend. There truly is no competition.
