They continued to add more and more…
They continued to add more and more things to “what I need before they can offer a pay back”. I continued to send their new asked for information, but it took months and months for them to finally give me any money back. They were not helpful.

I was a little disappointed in Embrace at first...It took them a little long to process my first claim with them but I kind of understand since it was the first one .. Basically they came through in the end so I would give them about three and a half stars, that's fair I think...

Grateful for the surgery insurance helps with.
Our dog suddenly lost control of his hind legs, so we rushed him to the emergency vet. We found the doctors treating Brambleberry to be professional, competent, and compassionate and are closely following their recommendations. The surgery came before the disk material, and the bleeding damaged the spinal cord. Doctors are saying he is healing rapidly, faster than the usual curve. We feel so fortunate to have Healthy Paws Insurance, which made it so much easier to afford this life-saving decision to have Brambleberry have the surgery. Filing claims was straightforward, and the payment was quick. He is well on the way to a full recovery.

Peanut's Care
I can not say enough of Metlife. They have always been there for my pet (unfortunately my baby passed away). I'm so sad.😔 Their staff members were always helpful. Reimbursement claims were taken care of in a timely manner. If I didn't have Metlife, I don't think I would have been able to obtain the care my baby needed. When, or if, we get another pet, I will definitely be reaching out to MetLife. Note, they even provided me with a Pet Grief group. Thank you, Metlife!

Customer Service awesome - Payment for coverage for TPLO was received within days of surgery. Process was painless and stress free. Communication via text and email was issued every step of the way. I have been with embrace for quite awhile now. They are quick with claims, responsive when I’ve needed help, and also it’s very easy to submit claims.. Makes having a pet with a chronic condition much easier to manage..

A complete rip off and waste of time
A complete rip off and waste of time. Paid over $600 to have insurance. Spent over $1300 on 2 visits and didn't even get $200 back. No customer service etiquette. Wish I could give 0 stars

Do NOT purchase this insurance. It’s taken us months of them trying their best to find a way to deny our claim. When you make a claim it goes into “review” and they say it’s about 2 weeks. HA! Surgery in March. A cheque has been issued 2 weeks ago (so they say) and it could take another week or two. I asked where it coming from? A third party located in New York. Warning bells are going off in my head. I thought maybe it was coming from the dark jungles of Africa. Yes - you will regret buying this insurance.
