Pumpkin insurance meets and exceeds my expectations for my pet. It is straightforward when it comes to claims based on my policy. You pick the level of reimbursement when you sign up. Pumpkin follows through without any hassle and quickly reimburses you. This is a high priority for most people. Kudos to Pumpkin for giving customers peace of mind during a stressful event.

Heartlessly More Than Tripled Cost to Force Us Off
My dog is old and he's having some health problems. That's what pet insurance is for, right?? Not according to Fetch! Since 2020 they raised our annual cost form $400 to over $1300 in an attempt to shake us off, but guess that wasn't enough! We just received our renewal notice and they raised our cost to over $3,800 AND dropped the amount from 80% reimbursement to 70% reimbursement! I called because I honestly thought there had to be a mistake. Their response? NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. No appeals process, just suck it up or cancel. Guess they finally decided they were done making a profit off my little sick dog. Now I'm left without insurance and an elderly dog with pre-existing conditions. Thanks, Fetch!
Senior Mastiff vs. Osteoarthritis
Our sweet senior, Maisy, has been struggling with her osteoarthritis for over a year and Pets Best has been there for us since the beginning. Medical care for giant dogs is so much more expensive than average but with the support of Pets Best, we have been able to keep Maisy not only comfortable but jumping around happy! With Pets Best's help, we had more options for Maisy's care. We couldn't be happier!
You have to jump through hoops to cancel
I got Fetch Pet Insurance for my dogs first year. I used it only a few times so, I decided to cancel. I emailed them to cancel as I work during thier hours. They REFUSE to cancel unless I talk to a sales rep on the phone. I have never had such an issue with a company in my life.

I was given the best customer service by Kieth and he was very straightforward with helping me understand the policy I have better! Very professional and efficient customer service! I would recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet! They have helped me so much with making sure my cat is getting the best health coverage and insuring the needs she may need in any situation. 10 out of 10 for best customer service and affordable coverage!

TERRIBLE
My recent experience with Pets Best has been extremely disappointing. The claim process took far too long, and there was a complete lack of communication throughout. Pets Best never requested the documents they later claimed were “missing,” only to deny the claim because of it. This feels unfair and poorly handled. Customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond, and every step of the process has required me to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. For a claim related to a straightforward neuter from February, the delays and confusion are unacceptable. I expected timely communication, clear document requests, and efficient processing—none of which happened. Pets Best needs to seriously improve transparency, response times, and communication with pet owners.

Healthy Paws helped us help Sam!
We have had Healthy Paws for over 10 1/2 years and has always had a good experience with filing claims in being reimbursed promptly. Our dog developed seizures at two years old and although we have them under control, he requires neurology visits and medication. I am thankful to have insurance so we could always take proper care of his needs. Without Healthy Paws, we would not have been able to give Sam all the help. He needs not only in the neurology department, but also in regards to his mobility.
