Excellent Coverage by Trupanion
I am so thankful to have Trupanion pet insurance for my multipoo, Jake, who has had some health issues starting from an early age. No matter the problem, they have relieved much of the financial burden resulting from Jake being treated by his vet. Any questions or concerns that I have had are always addressed and resolved quickly by the caring, courteous & knowledable staff.
Great rates, courteous staff
I think Sonnet offers great rates, and when you need help the online agents are great, they know their stuff. When I had to call to make a claim the agent who helped me was polite and calmed my angry self down. I only took away the last star cause I'm switching vehicles and my rates are going up more than I think they should.

Wellness issues
Pets best has good accident / illness insurance , but I wish the wellness was just one lump sum that you use with all services and not an individual amount for each service annually. I feel like o would get more for my money. I wish you had a kitten wellness option too.

Easy to use, fast processing times
I have had multiple unfortunate issues with my Standard Poodle regarding embedded fox tails. This required multiple surgeries and after surgical complications. It also eventually required a trip to a specialist for a CT Scan of the area. The dollar amount paid out by myself and the insurance company wasn't as high as some reviewers, but for me it is the ease of the process and quick processing time provided by Healthy Paws that I am very satisifed with. The claims process consists of you selecting which dog the claim is for and uploading the invoice. I am very happy that Healthy Paws is always there for me and I will recommend them to everyone.
