I called to confirm a coverage for my dogs. Although the message stated it might be a long wait, someone answered almost immediately. She answered my question and even went on to explain how I could get that coverage. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm out money that could have gone to a company that would have actually done what it claims.
