Trupanion is the best! They don't pay for 100% of everything, but they pay 90% of most. And they do it FAST. I am so grateful. Worth every penny I've paid!

Great support!
I've used several different pet insurance companies and have come back to MetLife Pet insurance. They pay claims very quickly! I had to put one of my babies down and found out that they also provide coverage for the cremation services, sent me a sympathy card, as well as offered me and my family counseling services. They made that awful time of my life, much easier.

Cancer diagnosis
Our gorgeous dog Lyca started w symtoms like a UTI . Blood work revealed cancer. Just to get a diagnosis was costly and Met Life was there to ease the financial burden. There was still heartache and we chose to do palliative care for our girl and she lived 5 months! Never long enough but during that time her policy anniversary date came and was renewed! Out policy continued to pay for her palliative treatment . When end of life came it had a benefit for her cremation. Met life was consistent and caring through the whole ordeal. Thankyou so much. They canceled her policy after her end of life claim and refunded the balance of the premium. I could not have asked more from an insurance provider.

Still waiting on a decision. Plus it’s all of this red tape, things that was not told in regards to my policy. No I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Healthy Paws saved my cat's life
Healthy Paws saved my cat's life. He was diagnosed with a rare heart condition and we would not have been able to afford the treatment he needs and is getting without Healthy Paws. Submitting claims is easy and processing time is fast. I do not know what we would have done without the insurance.

I like how quickly I receive notice that you received my claim, and you let me see where the claim is in the process of being completed. I'm confused when I have to choose between an injury or new illness. What about the choice of continuing illness? Otherwise, great service.

Healthy Paws Saved My Cat!
I do not know what I would have done if it were not for Healthy Paws. I few weeks ago my cat was diagnosed with a rare heart condition. He has been admitted to the hospital 5 times and is finally getting better. I would not have been able to afford the treatment he needs and is getting if it were not for Healthy Paws. Submitting a claim is super easy and the processing time and payment is fast. They also have an option for direct deposit. I cannot recommend them enough.
