I was struggling with Fetch and being ignored. I called the person that sold me the insurance Leah Leslie and she got it all fixed within 2 hours. Promotion time. I was ready to go off. It's been 2 weeks of hell until Leah. Thank you Leah you should train others in customer service/satisfaction. You are the best. You deserve 10 stars but they only allow 5. Precertified and yet claim refused!
After getting a precertification approved from Embrace for a tooth extraction for my dog (he broke a tooth, and it was dangerous to leave the broken tooth, so it had to be removed), Embrace has not reimbursed the proper amount. This is after sending the recertification, getting it approved, and calling them three times to confirm it is covered! It's clear they don't want to honor what they approved. Shame of you, Embrace, for screwing pet owners while still charging us a fat amount every month.

Insurance...never know until you need them
I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for years and I've never made a claim until recently. It's a known fact that you really can't say how good an insurance company is until you actually need them and you have to make a claim. I had months worth of arthritis shots to claim for my Golden who is now 9-years old and needs injections monthly. I submitted 7 of them and the whole process was fast and easy. Within days I had checks in the mail and I can say that Embrace is a great insurance company.
