Good Experience during a sad situation
Unfortunately we had to put our fur baby of 8 years down after trying to save her. Submitting the claims was very easy. I did misunderstand and submitted something that I didn't need to, called Embrace and they were very helpful and understanding. After submitting it was a very short while when the reimbursements arrived. I will use Embrace again, once we decide to find another fur baby.

I wrote a review before I got my claims reviewed...
I wrote a review before I got my claims reviewed. I mentioned how easy it was to start the claim and how responsive they were at first. I had 7 claims due to an unfortunate week for my puppy were we started with a possible leg injusry and x-rays and ended having bladder and urethra surgery, thousands of dollars. I was ready for the expected run-around and request for "more information", "more paper work", "time to review" and not having access to the funds (which insurance or not, my puppy would have gotten his care no question about it), requiring mayor life adjustments. 1 week later my claims were still waiting to be in review status, I sent an email requesting an update and the response I got back 5 days later was not what I expected. Five (5) of my seven (7) claims were resolved and approved for reimbursement! 1 week later 5 claims were already reimbursed. No not, the ones with the lowest ammount, surprisngly as it might be, maybe a coinsidence, but the highest amount claims were paid first! (1 claim alone was over 8,000 USD!!) A week later claim number six (6) was paid, there was a delay because of me submitting the recepit, but not the itemized one (instructions say to do so, I failed at that). The last claim, which was one with one of the lower amounts took a little bit to get resolved. Somehow the receipt kept getting "lost" or could not be found. After several emails to the general assistance mailbox I was surprised that I was contacted directly by a case manager asking me to correspond with her directly and she talk to me on Friday, Wednesday morning I had the reimbursement in my account. I will definetely recomend Embrace and my experience was not perfect but was way above and beyond what I expected and I did not even waited a month to have thousands of dollars reimbursed. I have told the story to family members that have other insurers and they even asked me to see the emails, they could not beleive how fast an easy it was! I am definetly glad I chose them.

The amount of coverage for the price is great!
The amount of coverage for the price is great compared to many others. The ease of signing my pup up was easy and quick.

They make is nearly impossible...
They make is nearly impossible to be reimbursed. I'm not sure what else I can provide from my vet except detailed receipt of emergency procedure . Now they want original full check up? I don't get it. Waste of $700 (year 2). First year of having puppy was vet-free fortunately but still forked out the $750 insurance

Need to speed up reimbursements
This took an extraordinarily long time for company to process despite having all needed records. Still waiting payment via check in mail.
