The claim process was very easy to understand and my claim was handled within a week. The only thing that I would change is not having to pay the veterinarian all the costs upfront. Many people do not have that type of income when their pet develops a serious illness or has a serious accident.

Trupanion is pretty good!
I had to resubmit an invoice and explain why it should be covered, but other than that Trupanion has been great. Their phone agents are very friendly and easy to deal with.
