Recently while out of State
Recently while out of State, we had to make a visit to an Emergency Vet Clinic with our Lexi who suffered a leg injury. The clinic reached out for a pre-authorization and it was processed very quickly. We knew immediately what would be covered and how much our policy would pay. They paid the vet directly. Thankful for the peace of mind that the coverage responded for its portion of the bill and that you dealt with the Vet clinic directly.
