CONSTANT SENDING OF SAME PAPER WORK
The app is easy use. However every time I file a claim they say they need all paper work for my dog called the S.O.A.P. I have sent it numerous times via email and the app but keep getting my claims delayed by weeks or months because they say they do not have all her paper work when they do!!! It can be frustrating and annoying every time I file a claim have to explain they have all the paper work and then waiting months to finally get reimbursed after several back and forth emails. It's like nothing is saved in my file??? I Cant understand the issue.

Best decision I made when adopting puppies
The responsiveness of the Met Life group when I have a claim is phenomenal. They address my issues in a very timely manner. When I have contacted individuals for inquiries, they are thoughtful and knowledgeable. The confidence I have in my coverage makes me feel like my pets are protected. I often think about when I made the decision to adopt 2 puppies at one time. That was not a decision but really a leap of faith for a person who had not had a dog in over 30 years. But getting pet Insurance was the best decision I made in this process.

Buyer beware they will raise your rates tremendously, even if you don’t use it.
I have been with Trupanion for over a year and a half not quite two years. I bought $150 a month 2 dogs I believe my deductible 700. I have never used my insurance. My dogs have never had any issues I get a bill this month. It’s gone up $67 a month. They said due to the age of the dogs and the Possible complications that would arise in the future. Stated if I wanted to keep the same price that I couldI raise my deductible to $1000. Who does that? I’ve never even used their insurance just had it for that emergency but to raise it $67 a month in less than two years they’re both just a little over two no health conditions. So I would say buyer beware. And stay clear.

Cancer diagnosis
My dog is going thru a rough time as she got diagnosed with liver cancer. Having Spot Insurance has helped tremendously! They approved all my claims so far and I’ve gotten reimbursed in a very timely manner! I will definitely use them if I ever get another dog. Thank you Spot!
