I would not recommend Embrace
I would not recommend Embrace. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating and very disappointing. When asked to speak to a supervisor, my experience with their management team has been extremely disappointing. Their repeated standard response did nothing to resolve my concerns. I would not recommend Embrace. I am still trying to get a wellness claim filled a month ago. Their explanation for the delay concerns a prescription for car sickness for a puppy. Do yourself a favor find another pet insurance company.

Complete Scam
Complete scam. You pay hundreds a year for a policy that covers virtually nothing. Stupid clause about dental that requires you to endanger your pet and put them through unnecessary anesthesia in order for periodontal disease care to be covered. Wish I could get back every dime I've given them.

I like Embrace insurance because the claim submission process is very simple and fast. Embrace processes claims within 24 -48 hours. There is no time limit on when I can submit claims, so I can submit at my own convenience. Reimbursements are also speedy quick. The customer service agents are knowledgeable and friendly. After my elderly cat died, Embrace sent me both a condolence email and a cool card with flower seeds that you can plant so your pet "lives on."

Embrace was a great support as I said good bye to my Great Dane
I’m just so grateful that when my Great Dane/ Mastiff was a pup, I added Embrace as his insurance. I had my wonderful majestic dog for almost 7 years, but he became sick with bone cancer. It was not something that could be cured, so I let him go across the rainbow bridge. Embrace came thru for me, and my beloved dog. I am truly thankful for the staff always having answers for me, and they were very patient, at a time, when my heart was broken. Thank you Embrace.

Scammed at every opportunity, ZERO stars
Been with this company for nearly 2 years and they have scammed us on every single opportunity. The most recent claims we submitted took over 4 weeks to respond to, despite already discussing the case in advance over email, and were both 100% not approved because of what they deem to be a pre existing condition. A pre existing condition that has not existed in 17 months, with no claims been made for it. They make up rules as they go along.
