Any time I need help, the people who pickup the phone are always nice. I love that when they need more information they just call your vet for you. So far it's been nothing but positive experiences. It's very easy to do everything.

The enrollment was easy
The enrollment was easy, the premium was good for the coverage. Most plans do not cover pre-existing conditions, this plan wipes out the pre-existing condition if it had happened more than 6 month ago. Luckily my healthy cat hasn't had the need to file a claim.

Medical Records
I had a difficult time getting my claim processed and approved. I think Spot Insurance needs to realize not every dog owner has the complete medical history of a rescued/adopted/rehomed dog. After many attempts a phone call and frustration my claim was accepted. I am hoping moving forward it will be easier. If not for this issue I would have given 5 stars
