Pets Best is a terrific company. Wonderful communication, quick turnover time. Every once in a while it takes longer, but they always let me know. Don’t ever get Fetch pet insurance
Don’t ever get Fetch pet insurance. Absolute nightmare and not a good faith insurance. All of my claim continues rejected with arbitrary reasons without explanations. I had to challenged many times but they ignored all of them. There are no timelines for responding but they do have a timeline for submitting the claim so they can reject so easily. Keep asking all the medical records then denied without legitimating reasons. Some of requirements they have asked to provide before I owned the pet or born the pet. That’s purely stated there are no standards team or professional employees are there and they don’t know what they are doing.All they work for to delay and deny the claims!

Price keeps going up and up
I liked fetch in the beginning. I signed my dogs up as soon as I got them, thinking i would have a low rate locked in for life before anything unforeseen would happen or be discovered. Because Isn’t that how insurance works? Get it early when they are healthy? But The price goes up every year. When I’ve asked it’s “because of the dogs in my area” what? What about MY dogs? Why do sick dogs in my area make my rates go up? I am paying more for my dogs insurance than my own. I am considering cancelling

Pleasant and comforting
We were pleasantly surprised to have a reimbursement so soon. The well care is wonderful. It is nice to feel the security of knowing we are covered if we have an emergency, and the people we interact with have been amazing
