Better coverage for less money!
The ability to sign up for pet insurance at a lower rate than I was paying and knowing my vet was in network is a huge relief. Being sponsored by the ASPCA gives peace of mind as well.

I’m sorry but stay away from this…
I’m sorry but stay away from this company. Have paid premium for months and months. First claim was refused for an ear infection that they claimed was an existing issue. He has had multiple ear infections, so it was a new ear infection, Second claim was also refused. Got my dog neutered spent over $600. I pay a higher premium for up percentages then because I didn’t pay the top premium price that is also not covered, this place is ripping people off !

Beware of small print
Extremely disappointed that this insurance will not cover required follow-up vaccinations for a puppy if administered by a tech vet. I just found this out and find it crazy that a Vet (at a higher cost) who administers the shots would be covered. I will be shopping other pet insurance companies to ensure this is not in the "small" print. Just ridiculous.

Quite impressed, for the most parrt, just put in another claim yesterday
I just filed a claim two days ago and I’m waiting for the response that it was paid, but for the most part, you pay extremely rapidly, which is very important to me because a lot of the times I just don’t have the money laying around to spend on the dog medication. I also appreciate how much you help me when I did not understand and how to process a claim. I’m heartbroken that you sold it to someone else and I hope they do is for a job as you did.
