My feelings about The ASPCA Insurance network
I am getting more accustomed to using the newer platform. I found it complicated to have to take the bills picture first then upload from the photo site. It seems like it would be easier to take the picture while filling out the claim form but as I said I have figured it out now. There have been some longer waits but I do understand that sometimes you are busier than others but overall I am happy with your service.

If you aren't with Sonnet, you should be
My old car insurance company kept charging me more each year even though I was accident free. So I started looking for quotes and came across Sonnet. They offered me a substantially lower rate, even my old insurance company was shocked and said they couldn't match it. So I switched to Sonnet and each year I'm accident free, my insurance gets lower! Now they've partnered with Tangerine banking so I can save even more! On top of that, everyone I've ever talked to at Sonnet has been super friendly and helpful. Dealing with them has been a breeze. I tell EVERYONE to check them out. Thank you Sonnet Insurance!

ManyPets is hands down the BEST!
ManyPets is hands down the most amazing pet insurance company out there. People tend to think pet insurance is a "scam" but I can truly assure you that it is not. I have two dogs and both are ESA's so they truly are my life. My eldest dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor that was luckily caught very early and he will make a full recovery with many years to go. Not only have the approved every claim, but my reimbursement is delivered incredibly fast! I am so grateful for my policy because it truly allowed me to provide the best care for my dog without the financial burden or hardship. Their staff is incredibly helpful and nice and the customer experience is incredibly profound. I will always have a policy with Many Pets as long as I have a pet to care for!

Claim approval and coverage exactly as stated in policy. Claims generally take longer than other companies and are not within a few days, but totally acceptable given the coverage and claim approval I've dealt with. 100% happy with Embrace!

Reliable but Not Timely
Pets Best has been my insurance for over 3 years now. I really like the ease of uploading claims/forms. I also like that there's an easily accessible app for your phone which saves your pet's information and veterinary information. But, their app is often down or not working and the claims take months or more to process. Also, there are a lot of medications or preventative supplements that are not covered and wellness items are limited every year. Additionally, their monthly costs do go up quite often and I can not switch companies since my dog is older and now has preexisting conditions. Overall, my experiences have been pleasant but there are a few things that could use minor improvements.

Staying with Spot
Needed to contact them several times for questions about our new puppy. Very responsive and caring. Then puppy tore a ligament ? in her knee and had to have surgery. Spot was very prompt on paying the claim.

Always There Immediately!
Trupanion has become our lifesaver, a reliable best buddy, you name it. My dog Jack has recently had a slew of consecutive health issues that began with seizures late one night.
