I am so grateful to have Pets Best…
I am so grateful to have Pets Best insurance for my dog, Badger. Dealing with a dog who has cancer, is hard enough without having to worry about the financial burden on top of it. All of my claims have been handled fairly and quickly.

As with any or most insurances, embrace tries to find reasons to reimburse the least amount possible. Not a surprise. Just corporate America being corporate America. Reply: they will go back to a wellness visit 11 months ago and try to find words to justify not paying for an acute symptom 11 months later. That's who this company is. Beware folks.

so thankful for Spot pet insurance!
I used my pet insurance for the first time when my dog had a lump removed that we thought was potentially cancerous. Thankfully, it was not, however his incision was right under was his armpit and kept opening up. We did a revision and finally left it open with daily dressing changes. It was a stressful situation to begin with but also expensive! Thankfully my pet insurance covered it and significantly helped cover the cost of his many trips to the vet. Thankful for finding this company and they have been so great to work with! The turn around time for claim approval was quick too.

I’m changing my 1 star to a 5 star because after digging into the matter and working with Lauren, we resolved the issue. Lauren was very helpful and compassionate. Just wish I’d have called sooner.

Glad I chose Pets Best. The claim process is easy, payments are relatively prompt, and the service to talk with a vet or vet tech is extremely helpful. I had one situation where I questioned their refusing a claim and after further info from my vet the claim was paid. Great company! I strongly recommend.
