Easy claim process and high reimbursement
100% 5-star pet insurance! I compared Embrace with many providers for my 8+yr cat. Embrace provided low deductible ($250), high reimbursement rate (90%), and unlimited refunds with the cheapest quote. Not long after I got Embrace, Misty experienced severe dental problems which were later found to be caused by a tumor. She didn't make it but Embrace managed to cover most of the extremely high bills and sent a warm regard. Highly recommend it!

Submitting a claim is simple. Just download Dr. visit receipt including all examinations and test. A week or two later claim reimbursement is automatically deposited into your account. Calls with questions handled kindly and professionally. Coverage plan options very reasonable.

Used to be great but now rips off clients
***Update*** They reached out below saying to call them and get it fixed. I already tried three times. Twice they said a supervisor would call me back in 48 hours and still have yet to talk to one. If the company wants to check the records for the calls I made, my policy numbers are PUR6016221-11 and PUR0114211-04. I'm not trying to make things up, just want the masses to know what the company is truly like. This company used to be great before they were bought out by FetchPet. Once bought out they changed what was covered without letting the clients know, they charge hidden monthly installment fees, and when overcharged for moving from one state to another they only gave me a run around instead of letting me talk to a supervisor to try and work it out. Do not go with this company. There are better companies out there that charge less, for better benefits.

A Company That Genuinely Cares
Having used the insurance for two claims recently, I found that the processing was easy and fast. Every time I've called to confirm receipt of records or ask questions, I easily reached a friendly real person. Their website has been convenient for filing and confirming claim statuses, and they email updates, too. On top of that, they checked up on how my pet was doing after surgery giving me the impression that they genuinely cared.

Easy to use, classifies claims wrong
On the surface Pets Best seems like a great insurance to have. Submitting a claim is easy. They process them relatively quickly IF you provide the medical notes. They tend to classify EVERYTHING POSSIBLE as an allergy so they can classify as pre-existing. An ear infection that needs anti-yeast medication is clearly not a seasonal allergy. So you have to watch claims carefully and submit appeals which is a lot of extra work.
