Appeal nightmare
The amount of back and forth with Pets Best on a reabsorbed tooth for our poor cat, despite multiple signed letters from our veterinarian team was awful. Having to appeal decisions after providing all the paperwork they required and the overall wait time for Reimbursement and decisions on cases is much below industry standard.

I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this company. There is no customer service - just some FAQs online. Policy changes go significantly up in just a month or two. Nothing can be done about it and no justification from Sonnet's side. But you've already signed a contract for a year and are hooked. I haven't had any claims done with them but I bet it is the same "policy" (or scam?). I will never get back to this company once I can be unhooked in a year.
