Avoid, look elsewhere...
They severely increased the fee for my potential 3rd year with them, although I have a clean file and a mainstream car (RAV4 2022), from 1400 to 2100 and wanted to charge me 3600... Required a policy cancellation and more than 2 weeks afterwards, it is still not cancelled and they even charged me the 3600$ on my credit card... Had to make a 2nd request with their customer service to bring my issue to the admin. Bitterly disappointed and I strongly suggest to avoid this company

When I expressed trying too hurry because she might have other calls, she answered that I was her main focus and I felt that way. I contacted via email after hours and she still took cate of me.
