I submitted all the invoices related to the CCL injury to Healthy Paws, totaling more than $10,000. Healthy Paws responded with an Explanation of Benefits within two days every time. A reimbursement check for covered items was direct deposited within a day or two after that. It was a no hassles service with quick response. They go above and beyond by following up to make sure your pet is okay and that you are satisfied. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.
