Ky, EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE
Ky, the representative that helped me was excellent! Very easy to talk to, helpful and professional! Love her! SHE GETS A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!!!! Fetch does not though........to many things to notate as to my frustration with this company and once my pets pass, I will not be using them for future pets. This company is NOT AT ALL what they used to be. Very disappointing!

Good and easy on line communication
I found the communication with the company on line was very good. I had the feeling they cared about doing a good job for you and your pet. Items were explained well, and easy to fill out answers to questions. So far I haven't had to put in a claim but have the feeling it will be handled well.
